1. Using Exchange

These terms describe your use of Exchange: Currency Converter+ and its supporting website and rate service. For the app downloaded through the App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a separate custom license is provided in the App Store. These terms supplement that license for the website and rate service and do not replace your rights under it.

2. Indicative exchange rates

Conversions are provided for general information and personal reference. Rates may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Offline conversions use the rates bundled with or previously stored by the app. Always check the displayed rate date.

Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or currency exchange service may use different rates, spreads, rounding, or fees. Verify the final amount with that provider before making a transaction. Exchange is not a bank, broker, payment service, or financial adviser, and its output is not financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice.

3. Availability and saved information

Internet access and successful app verification may be needed to download newer rates. Updates, network conditions, device capabilities, and iOS scheduling affect availability. We do not promise continuous access or a particular update interval.

Saved calculations preserve their original values and rate date; they do not automatically change when rates update. You are responsible for keeping any separate records you need. Deleting local data or the app may remove saved information.

4. Acceptable use

Use Exchange in accordance with applicable law and the App Store license. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or request limits, or use automated requests to disrupt its operation. We may restrict access to the online service when necessary to address abuse, security issues, or legal requirements.

5. Third-party services

The app uses Apple services and exchange-rate information obtained from external providers. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. References or links to external services do not guarantee their availability or accuracy.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local app data, technical information used for rate delivery and security, and support correspondence.

7. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and rate service are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for checking information before relying on it. App warranty and liability provisions are governed by the applicable App Store license.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

8. Changes

Features, supported currencies, and online services may change over time. We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. The date above shows the latest revision; material changes will be communicated where required.
